All of the sites mentioned below require that you be logged into the Microsoft site with a Windows Live ID which is associated with a MS Partner / MS Action Pack subscriber.  If you're not logged in with the Passport/.NET ID, you will not see the proper content.
Here are some resources for MAPS (Action Pack) renewal:

1. https://partner.microsoft.com/global/40049687 - Describes the MAPS (Action Pack) renewal process.
2. https://partner.microsoft.com/global/40054437 - Shows the courses which you can take to re-qualify for MAPS.  Below is a picture of this screen which shows that you have to click on the tab labeled "Accounting Professionals" for it to show you the proper courses, all of which have an estimate time to complete of an hour.

My advice is for people to take the MPAN certification exam if they are at all familiar with the product.  If they pass the exam, they get preferential placement on the MS Small Business Accountant Finder, which is both on the web and linked from within OA 2007 and 2008, and can be done pretty easily if you have a copy of OA loaded when you are taking the exam.

If you're not comfortable with that, there are three additional courses which are about an hour each which you can take without being encumbered with an exam.
